Most companies do one or the other. We run discovery, clinical development and assay engineering under one roof, which means a target coming out of our oncology labs already has a companion test being designed for it. A little over a fifth of what we earn goes straight back into research. The medicines that will matter in 2040 do not exist yet, and someone has to pay for the decade it takes to find them.

Liquid biopsy · oncology
One 10 mL blood draw, sequenced deeply enough to read 517 oncogenic drivers. In our surveillance cohorts it flagged returning disease a median of four months before imaging did.
Plasma biomarkers · neurology
Measures plasma p-tau217 and the Aβ42/40 ratio from 80 µL, so amyloid pathology can be staged in a GP surgery instead of a PET suite or a lumbar puncture room.
Syndromic PCR · infectious disease
A sealed cartridge calls 42 respiratory and bloodstream pathogens plus their resistance genes in 20 minutes — fast enough for the stewardship round that same shift.
